At Kasi Supplements, we are committed to your health and satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you get it sorted.
Unopened Products: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The safety seal must be intact and the packaging unopened.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any supplement that has been opened or had its internal seal broken, regardless of the reason.
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@kasisupplements.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged).
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaked powder), please take a photo immediately and contact us. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
